Is JinToo free to use?+
Yes - JinToo is free. Create a registry, add unlimited gifts, and share with up to 40 guests at no cost. Gold and Platinum plans unlock more guests, themes, co-hosting, analytics, and automated thank-you messages.
How does JinToo prevent duplicate gifts?+
The moment a guest claims a gift, it is automatically marked as taken and removed from the list for everyone else. No two guests can ever pick the same item.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?+
No. Guests open the registry link in any browser, type their name, and pick a gift. No sign-up, no app download required.
Can I share my registry on WhatsApp?+
Yes - that's the most popular way. JinToo generates a clean shareable link that works on WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any messaging platform.
What happens after a gift is claimed?+
The claimed gift disappears from the guest view immediately. You (the host) can see who claimed what from your dashboard at any time.
How do I delete my account?+
Sign in, open the menu (☰), and select 'Delete account'. You'll be asked to confirm twice. Your account is soft-deleted and recoverable within 30 days by signing back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently removed.
Can I recover a deleted account?+
Yes - within 30 days of deletion. Simply sign in with your original credentials and choose 'Recover my account'. After 30 days the account is permanently purged and cannot be recovered.
