JinToo provides tools that allow you to:

• Create and manage personalised gift registries for occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, housewarming events, and more.
• Share your registry with family and friends via a unique private link.
• Add, edit, and organise gift items including price bands and purchase links.
• Track which gifts have been claimed — without revealing who claimed them before the event.
• Manage RSVPs and guest lists for your event.
• Collect and contribute to group gift pools.
• Upload and share photos via the flipbook feature (where enabled).

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You are responsible for all information you publish within your registry.
• You must have appropriate consent before sharing contact details or information relating to others.
• Guest data (such as RSVP responses and gift claims) may be visible to the registry host.
• You are responsible for how and with whom you share your registry link.
• Registry pages may be publicly accessible to anyone who holds your unique link.

JinToo acts solely as a platform to facilitate these features and is not a party to any gifting arrangement between users.

• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a third-party provider. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
• JinToo is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by Razorpay or any other third-party payment service.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding contributions, gift transfers, or pool amounts.
• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and payment details and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You may upload or share content including photos, messages, notes, and registry details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and operate that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading.
• Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Containing personally identifiable information of others without their consent.

• Each registry you create operates on its own tier: Free, Premium, Gold, or Platinum.
• You may choose a different tier for each registry at the time of creation or upgrade an existing registry at any time.
• Paid tier upgrades are one-time, per-registry payments. You pay once per registry, not per user account.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
• Tier features and pricing are subject to change. We will notify you of material changes to pricing.
• Downgrading a registry from a paid tier to Free will disable premium features immediately.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purposes.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or brand.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Use the Services to collect or harvest personal information of other users.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, all registries, gift claims, photos, and associated data.

Alternatively, you can delete your account directly from your Profile page after signing in. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We detect misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Required by law or regulation.

We will attempt to notify you before suspension where practical, unless immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the Services or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JinToo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Loss of data, photos, or content (including after the 60-day flipbook photo retention period).
• Payment failures or errors caused by third-party providers.
• Disputes or issues arising from interactions between users.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide the Services — including your name, phone number, and email address — and do not sell your data to third parties. Your phone number is never disclosed to guests. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
